Lizzie has a welcoming and approachable personality which makes her easy to talk to. She creates a safe environment where you can process traumatic experiences and feel supported while doing so. Lizzie is a trauma-informed therapist with experience treating diverse populations, including neurodiverse individuals and the LGBTQ+ community.
