Megan is comfortable working with children, teens, adults, couples and families particularly in areas of divorce, grief, eating disorders, anxiety, self-injury, interpersonal skills and emotional regulation. Megan utilizes DBT therapy to help individuals learn how to regulate their own emotions and regain power in their lives.
Heidi enjoys working with a variety of clients of all ages and backgrounds including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and schizophrenia. She has training in providing substance abuse treatment and working with individuals in crisis. Heidi is trained in EMDR and can use this method on both children and adults.
Cutter enjoys working with adults, adolescents, children and couples. He has experience working with a wide variety of issues including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, life-adjustment, career changes, substance use, and academic coaching. He is client-centered in his approach and pulls from many evidence-based therapy technique.
Lauren has experience working with adults, teens, and children with a variety of treatment issues including depression, PTSD, trauma, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, personality disorders, sexual abuse, life adjustment issues, gender/identity, addiction, relationships, family and other areas. Previously, she has provided play therapy to young children.
Jennifer has experience working with adults and teens who struggle with substance abuse, Bipolar Disorder, Depression, PTSD, personality disorders, sexual/emotional trauma, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. In her work with couples, Jennifer also utilizes a variety of techniques including The Gottman Method.
